The documents are stored in three types of document formats: PDF, Rich Text and Word.
The show and rack cards in the PDF format need to be printed in the
landscape mode which is selectable on the printer tab. If the PDF you
download has block or dots in place of the text, it is because the text
used in the PDF is not on your computer. The fix is to download the
correct font to your computer (contact Tori for the correct font type).
The businesscard in PDF format will print out in a businesscard size,
with the Word format the cards are a little larger. You need MicroSoft
Office 2000 or newer to open the Word documents. If you do not have Word
6.0 use the Rich Text format. It can be opened by saving the file to
your computer and opening it with any word processor. You may need to
adjust the text layout.
